Inboxes that clean up after themselves
Give an address a lifetime of 10 minutes or 10 years. When it expires, it stops accepting mail and its data disappears on schedule. Extend or keep it with one click.
Connect your domain once, then create addresses in one click or one API call. Squadmail receives the mail, pulls out the codes and links, sorts everything automatically — and hands it to your team, your tests or your AI agents in real time.

claude mcp add squadmail …/mcpOne-time codes and magic links are pulled out of every email — for you, your tests and your agents.
Describe a label in plain English — “is this a job application?” — and incoming mail is tagged automatically.
Agents draft, you decide. Review, edit and approve every outgoing email — or let them send freely.
New mail shows up live in the dashboard, in your webhooks and for agents that are waiting for it. Nobody hits refresh.
Run support@ or billing@ together, see which agent received what, and switch workspaces in a keystroke.

Squadmail is open source (MIT). Deploy it to your own Cloudflare account in one click — free forever, no limits but your own.
Free email accounts attract spammers, and that would hurt deliverability for every customer. Hobby costs a symbolic $1 a month ($10 a year) — nothing for real users, but enough to keep abuse out. Self-hosting stays completely free.
Every message that arrives in one of your inboxes counts as one received email. Emails you send or reply with count towards your sent quota. Creating inboxes is free and unlimited.
Labels you describe in plain English (“is this a job application?”) that are applied automatically to incoming mail. They run on every email on every plan — no separate quota. Rule-based labels work alongside them.
No surprise bills. We let you know when you get close to your limit, and you can upgrade with one click. Your plan never upgrades itself.
It keeps the price at $1. You can receive up to 1,000 and send up to 300 emails per month — at most 100 received and 20 sent per day — and you send from your own custom domain. Starter and above have no daily limit, only the monthly volume of the plan.
Yes — that’s what it’s built for. Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client in one step, or use the REST API from your own agent framework.
Your own — on every plan. Add a domain or subdomain (for example agents.yourcompany.com), publish the DNS records we show you, and every address on it becomes available, optionally with catch-all. There is no shared Squadmail domain: your mail and your reputation stay yours.
